STAGING
What is Home Staging?
Staging is the process of preparing any home for sale, regardless of price or location.
When you get ready to place your home on the market for sale it becomes a product. Similar to a product on the shelf at your local store, the product has features and benefits as well as pluses and minuses, and competition.
To compete with the competition in the marketplace you must be priced right and look better than the other products. Your home is no different, it is one of many homes for sale and you must present it, to the buyers, in the best possible light.
The way you live in your home and the way you market your home, are 2 different things!
What is involved in staging my home?
Staging your home can be as simple as a consultation and carrying out the work yourself. Or as comprehensive as having your Stager® organize the staging, packing, excess furniture removal, cleaning, and furniture rental!
Consultation
Initial visit and detailed room by room report of recommendations.
Basic Staging
After all consultation recommendations have been carried out, 2 stagers will stage your home to best show the space.
Comprehensive Staging
Consultation, Full Staging including removal of excess furniture and any packing required, Cleaning, and final “Tweaking”.
Furniture Rentals
If you have a vacant property, or your furniture is worse for wear. Rent the perfect furniture to showcase your property.
“Tweaking”
Finishing touches to bring everything together.
Detail your home as you would detail your car if you were selling it.
Why Stage My Home?
Staging your home is proven to increase the sale price of your home and how quickly it sells.
Buyers will pay more money for a home if:
- They can move in with minimal cost for decorating and work necessary
- They can see the home has been well maintained and cared for
- They can see the home is clean and “smell free”
Buyers very often only know what they see, not the way it’s going to be.
